13 years building products. The last few building the infrastructure that makes them.
I'm a product designer who works at the boundary of design and engineering, building systems, tools, and workflows that scale design impact without scaling headcount.
I got here gradually. Early career: traditional product design across agencies, startups, and scaling SaaS teams. Mid-career: design systems became my primary medium. Recent work: AI-native infrastructure. A design system with a custom MCP server, an agentic prototyping workflow, a comprehensive accessibility audit. Things most designers don't build because they require operating in code.
I'm technically fluent. I ship React components, write Python, build MCP servers, and work directly in engineering codebases. I use Claude Code as my primary development environment. The quality of what gets built still depends on the decisions driving it. That part hasn't changed.

Built CorsaDS: an AI-native design system with 40+ React components, 120 semantic color tokens, and a custom MCP server. Defined a 3-phase AI strategy bridging design and engineering, presented to product and engineering leadership company-wide. Led UX strategy for Spark Assist platform evolution.
Standardized UX across 4 products with a 100+ component design system. Designed an AI-assisted growth planning tool. Launched a subscription-gated roadmap feature.
Launched a 40-component design system and led a full website redesign in 3 months. Built a reusable advertising framework used across 80+ campaigns.
Led website redesign at $5B valuation / Series D milestone. Built a design system integrating acquired brand assets in under two weeks during M&A integration.
Improved product filtering and navigation, boosting product views by 18%. Redesigned mobile checkout, reducing cart abandonment by 25%.
Worked across fintech, edtech, enterprise SaaS. Led a remote team of 4, mentored junior designers and developers, and built reusable design systems adopted across 10+ product teams in 15+ countries. Achieved 30%+ repeat client rate across 58 clients.
The degree is unusual for a designer. Aviation interface design is a discipline built on safety-critical systems where ambiguity costs lives. Edge cases are not edge cases, they are the design. That framing has followed me into every product I've worked on since.
Working toward a private pilot's license. Drawn to the complexity of flight systems: navigation, weather, aerodynamics, and what they demand from interface design. Long-term goal: cross the Atlantic in a small plane.
